Certainly. Our reception isn't open 24/7, but we do offer a late arrival service. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time by calling +39 0457200692 or messaging us on WhatsApp at +39 0457200692 so we can arrange the key handover smoothly.
Check-in is guaranteed starting from 1:00 PM (13:00). If you arrive earlier and your room isn't ready, we'll gladly store your luggage for free, perhaps allowing you to explore Albarè or have lunch at our restaurant!

Yes, all our cozy rooms feature individually controlled air conditioning/heating. High-speed Wi-Fi is fast and free, available on the accommodation floors, including the rooms.
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary luggage storage service. You can enjoy Lake Garda or the surrounding area without the hassle of your suitcases.


Do you have rooms with a special view or balcony?
What time is breakfast served and what does it include?
Some of our rooms feature a balcony, and all of them offer a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside.
The buffet breakfast is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and costs €7.00 per person. It's simple yet complete, just the way we like it: genuine and carefully prepared.

What are the opening days and hours for the "Cà del Ponte" Restaurant? Is it open all year?
If not specified at the time of booking, breakfast has an extra cost of €7.00 per person.
Our restaurant is open for lunch (

) and dinner (

). We generally observe two closing days per week (Tuesday dinner, and Wednesday lunch and dinner).
Please Note:
The restaurant has a seasonal opening (April–October). During other periods, please ensure that it is open.
Reservations are always highly recommended, even for Locanda guests.


Can you cater to dietary needs or allergies?
Is the Locanda close to Lake Garda or other attractions?
Certainly. Our kitchen is mindful of all requirements. Please inform us in advance (even when booking) of any allergies (e.g., gluten, lactose) or dietary preferences.
We are located in Albarè di Costermano, a peaceful yet strategic position. Lake Garda (Bardolino, Garda) is only 8–10 minutes away by car. Amusement parks like Gardaland and Movieland can be reached in about 20 minutes.


Do you have a swimming pool or a relaxation area?
Can I bring my dog or cat to the Locanda?
Our guests have access to a lovely outdoor garden where they can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, complete with farm animals and a small playground for our younger guests. We do not currently have a swimming pool, but it is planned for the near future.
Generally, no, to avoid disturbing the peace of our farm animals. However, depending on the season and availability, we might be able to accommodate you with your loyal companions. In this case, a supplement of €10 per night is required for additional cleaning. We kindly ask you not to leave them alone in the room and to keep them on a leash in public areas.


Does the Locanda have parking for guests?
Do I have to pay a tourist tax? What is the amount?
Yes, we offer a spacious free private parking lot reserved for Locanda guests. It is easily accessible, and no reservation is needed. Please note: it is not supervised, so please do not leave valuables inside your cars. For bicycles and e-bikes, the use of a lock/chain is recommended.
Yes, the Municipality of Costermano sul Garda requires a tourist tax. The current amount is €3.00 per person per night (subject to municipal changes and exemptions for minors). It is payable upon check-in.


Do you offer a shuttle service, or can we reach the Locanda by public transport?
When should I pay for my stay?
The balance for the accommodation must be paid upon check-in, while extra consumptions (breakfasts and restaurant charges) are paid at check-out. Simple and transparent!
Unfortunately, public transport connections to Albarè are not very frequent. We recommend using a car. However, we can help you call a partnered taxi for transfers to/from Peschiera del Garda station or Verona airport. A bike-sharing service is also active in our municipality.

Perfect for those seeking tranquility, authentic Veronese cuisine, families with children, motorcyclists, hikers, cyclists, and those attending events or weddings in the area. Our strength? The genuine hospitality of the Ceradini family since 1990!
As in any respected home: silence from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, respect for common areas, and decent attire in public spaces. Furthermore, to preserve the furnishings, bringing bicycles or dirty equipment inside is not permitted. Mutual respect = a pleasant stay for everyone!

Yes! Our locanda is equipped with an elevator and all common areas are accessible to wheelchairs and people with mobility issues. We want everyone to feel welcome!

What types of rates do you offer for rooms?
What is the "Non-Refundable Rate"?
We offer three options, equal for all room types, which differ in flexibility and price (the most competitive are on our website): 1. Non-Refundable Rate: The most economical (base). 2. Flexible Rate: Approximately 10% more than the base, with free cancellation up to 7 days prior. 3. With Breakfast Rate: Approximately 10% more than the base, with breakfast included and deferred payment.
The Non-Refundable Rate is our most economical option. The full amount is charged at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, modification, or non-arrival (No-Show), the total amount paid is non-refundable.


Is it possible to change dates with the Non-Refundable Rate?
What are the conditions for the "Flexible Rate"?
It requires a 50% deposit upon booking. In case of cancellation made within 7 days of the check-in date, the cost of the first night will not be refunded.
Generally no, this rate is rigid. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of force majeure, but very restrictive terms apply.


What are the conditions for the "With Breakfast" rate?
What happens to the deposit upon cancellation (general policy)?
No charge will be made at the time of booking. We require the total balance one week before check-in. If you cancel after that date (i.e., less than 7 days before check-in), the cost of the first night will be charged.
In the event of booking cancellation (for rates where a deposit is required), the deposit paid upon confirmation will not be refunded. We kindly ask you to carefully consider your travel plans.
